The USB charging feature is particularly convenient during rainy days when solar charging may not be optimal. The cable (Micro USB type) is not included, but the panel and mounting units are detachable, allowing for easy indoor charging. The indicator will turn green when fully charged via USB, but it will not light up during solar charging.

If the lights don't turn on automatically, charge them via USB for an hour, cover the panel, and retest.

Replacement bulbs can be purchased by searching for "G40 bulbs solar" on Amazon, ensuring the bulb base is E12, not E26. Alternatively, you can purchase used lights from the same page, as the condition of the used product is confirmed by Amazon, not the seller.

This solar light string can be charged via USB, but the USB cable is not included in the package. The charging port type is Micro USB. While it cannot be directly connected to a battery backup, you can use a Micro USB cable to connect the lights, panel, and battery backup if the battery backup has a USB port.

You can charge the lights via USB and use them indoors simultaneously, as the 18650 battery in the solar panel is rechargeable and can store the charge. The mounting unit is detachable, allowing you to charge and use the lights at the same time or charge them for portable use.
